What is it? A 6x6 printed tile?

it's one of those 2x2 flat pieces with a clip on the back, "Road Sign Clip-on 2 x 2 Square with Curved Blue Lines and Small Black Squares Pattern (Computer Screen)" on BL.

If it were a 6X6 tile, I could totally understand the $1.00 price. However, Ed is right; it's only a 2X2.
