H.M.S. Bellerophon, 74

This is a model of a typical British "Third-Rate" 74-gun ship-of-the-line from the Napoleonic era. The ship is named after the Greek mythical flying horse. There was an actual third-rate H.M.S. Bellerophon in the royal navy at the time, it was under Lord Admiral Nelson's command during one of his fleet actions against the French and the ship later carried Napoleon Bonaparte himself to England after his defeat and capture.
