Anyone seen this before or know what it is worth?

Hey all, recently got one of these given to me. It has no number other than a model number on the back. Model: 4515261, also a year of 2007.

Was wondering if anyone knew much about it?LEGO Storage

    Whatever it is, it isn’t on brickset or bricklink. I do not even see anything remotely close in storage on bricklink https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?v=2&pg=1&catString=399&catType=G

      Yeah, i couldn’t find it on there either. Only found an outdated ebay reference by searching on Google.

    All I know for certain is that I got one on clearance at a LEGO store in Chicago several years ago for $10.
